We successfully celebrated Seniors Week 2011 by conducting events over 2 days - Tuesday and Thursday. Over 100 people attended an information talk about our history and current problems; which included a hangar tour and morning tea. The Tuesday crowd was treated to an engine run but, unfortunately, we weren’t able to do this on Thursday - much to our visitor’s disappointment.

Regular engine runs are still happening. They are so popular that we now have a waiting list of people who want to be notified before each engine run.
