The Youth Group meet at the Restoration Hangar on the first Sunday of each month from Noon till 2 PM. Their ages range from 12 to 18 years and they participate in a wide range of aviation-related projects. Their parents are encouraged to stay too and to chat with the instructors over a hot cuppa.

The annual membership is only $25 and each member is given a polo shirt and a baseball cap sporting the B-24 Liberator logo. Members also enjoy an excursion to Moorabbin Airport each year which includes – weather permitting - a 40-minute flight over Melbourne in a light plane; usually in a Piper or a Cessna. This is made possible by the generous support of the Royal Victorian Aero Club.
